Rules and Instructions carefully.
If you STILL have questions after reading the rules -

help you. Please note: If you are sending a SIBL that is not inspired
by one the the 10 books, and is to be considered for the one "wild
card book" slot, please included a $20 entry fee - check made
out to Artists for Literacy.
